Foam Glass Insulation
Foam glass is a lightweight, rigid insulation material made from finely ground glass fused into a closed-cell structure. It provides exceptional thermal insulation and is highly resistant to moisture, fire, and chemical attack. Its non-combustible and non-absorbent properties make it especially suitable for demanding industrial and commercial applications.

  • Temperature Range: Typically from -260°C to +430°C (cryogenic to high-heat service).

  • Properties:

    • Closed-cell structure – 100% moisture- and vapor-proof

    • Non-combustible, fire-resistant

    • High compressive strength and dimensional stability

    • Resistant to most chemicals and pests

    • Long service life with no aging or degradation

  • Applications:

    • Thermal insulation for pipes, tanks, and vessels

    • Cryogenic systems (LNG, liquid gases)

    • Underground and above-ground pipelines

    • Roofs, walls, and industrial equipment where moisture protection is critical
